We do not accept returns, instead we will be sure to send a new product if ever deemed necessary. In line with our policy, you cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Pre order shipping & returns:

All pre orders will be provided with an estimated time of arrival and this is usually 3-4 weeks, this will be clear at checkout and product descriptions. Pre order's cannot be refunded or cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
