Our UK shipping is Tracked/Signed for with Royal Mail.

We pride ourselves on providing great service and always strive to deliver our product in line with this. In line with our policy, you cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. We do not accept returns, If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo within 48 hours and email contact@minireminisce.com or via our contact form on our contact us page. 

Standard Shipping for all other countries takes 8-15 working days, subject to custom clearance delays. MiniReminisce is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including customs processing.

Pre order shipping & returns:

All pre orders will be provided with an estimated time of arrival, this will be clear at checkout and product descriptions. Pre order's cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
